This time I misjudged the coverage. In neither instance would I be likely to wear a helmet since to me, the pads are the equivalent to a helmet. However on a taller more dangerous problem it's making more and more sense to me to have some real head protection.

Doing a problem that you might fall on that has a jagged hard talus landing without protection of some kind is insane.Peter Bealhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15576690594320743452noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4790818505250918302.post-21821092122661982232013-07-22T13:42:21.211-06:002013-07-22T13:42:21.211-06:00If, say, one week BEFORE this incident you had res...If, say, one week BEFORE this incident you had resolved to wear a helmet in situations where you thought a head impact was a possibility . . do you think you would have been wearing one while climbing on that particular problem?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4790818505250918302.post-17979534756780168722013-07-20T17:29:33.257-06:002013-07-20T17:29:33.257-06:00Thank you so much for this post!
